You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • The Service does not function as described on its product page.
  • A technical issue on our end prevents the Service from working and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.
  • Credits have been partially or fully consumed.
  • The issue is caused by your device configuration, system settings, or network environment.
  • You simply changed your mind or no longer need the product.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please reach out via our Discord community with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

5. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
