T Creator is an AI image and video generation application available as a Windows desktop app and web service, operated by tpro.vn. The Service allows users to generate AI content using a credit-based system.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use T Creator for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
T Creator uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time payments and never expire. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is displayed clearly before any transaction. Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation quality, or results from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
